Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included parts and components. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Because our products are heavy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@gogolfhq.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and unassembled
  • All original packaging must be included
  • All parts, accessories, and components must be returned

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing components.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
